An eclectic mix of rare and unusual Star Wars items from vintage era to modern age are going under the hammer. 

The auction includes rare French Meccano 45-back figures - including Boba Fett and Luc (Tenue Bespin) - high graded loose figures, a full-size Storm Trooper costume and a 5’ AT-AT. 

There are also cast and crew items, props, pre-production pieces, scripts, press booklets, photographs, posters and books.

The sale at Vectis Auctions at Thornaby on October 29 is expected to achieve between £94,000 to £120,000

There are 619 lots in this auction, from multiple collectors, with something for everyone.

An auction spokesman said: "Starting at the earlier time of 9.30am to allow time for the expected high volume of bids, the auction is every collector’s dream, in the words of our specialist – “There’s just so much great stuff.”

A Kenner vinyl caped 12-Back Jawa is one of the Stars of the Show, with an estimate of £7,000- £8,000, along with the Meccano Boba Fett at £3,000 - £4,000 and Luc which has been given an estimate of £2,000 – £3,000.
