The larger of these is situated to the front of the site occupying the north-west corner with a floor area of some 350sqm.

The remainder of the site comprises predominantly hard-standing open space that was mostly used for parking, some of which has become overgrown due to the lack of maintenance and use.

The site has largely been disused for more than 20 years and has an unkempt appearance, with the buildings in a significant state of disrepair.

It is proposed to redevelop the entire site with two terraced blocks, each comprising three residential units.

Units one to three will be situated at the front of the site and units four to six will be at the rear.

In terms of unit size, the central property in each terrace is a two-bedroom unit (units two and five); and the outer properties in each block are three bedroom units.

Units one to three will have both front and rear gardens, with parking to the rear, while units four to six have rear gardens with parking at the front.
