A Teesside carwash business has been put on the market for less than £20,000.
Squeaky Clean, which has been operating for more than 15 years, is currently listed for £17,500 by estate agents Parker Barras.
Situated at The Pines, Ironmasters Way, Stillington, Stockton-on-Tees, the business has a "good catchment area".
The unit is 562 square feet, featuring a ground floor space and a small mezzanine area for storage and office use.
Additionally, the property comes with three car parking spaces allocated to the car wash.
The monthly lease for the property is £550, with a new lease to be granted at the same price upon sale.

All existing equipment, including a jet wash and cleaning chemicals, are included in the sale.
Stock levels at the point of sale will also be included within the price.
Currently, the business operates by pre-booked appointments, maintaining a steady stream of repeat and regular customers.
Parker Barras suggests that the new owner could increase sales by offering drive-by washes.
Operating hours are 8am to 2.30pm from Monday to Friday, with a half day on Saturday.
The agents describe this as an "excellent opportunity for somebody's first business".
