The building of a Teesside bar has been put on the market for £50,000.
The site of Champagne Charlie's in Stockton is being sold by estate agents Parker Barras as a "tenanted investment" property.
The pub, located in Norton Road, is currently occupied, with a 12 per cent yield.
It is currently on a five-year lease, signed in September 2022, which expires in 2027, achieving an annual rental income of £8,000.

The tenants have carried out a complete fit-out of the bar, which includes separate male and female toilets and a full-size basement cellar.
The ground floor unit is on a long leasehold basis, signed in 2003 on a 125-year lease, with a ground rent of £520 per year.
After the ground rent is paid, this means the rent profit is £7,480, according to Parker Barras, who describe the property as an "excellent investment".
