A teenager was taken to hospital with minor injuries after he collided with a taxi while on his bike last night.
The crash involving a pedal bike and taxi cab happened just after 8:10pm on Monday (October 8) at the cross-roads of Longford Street and Crescent Road, in Middlesbrough.
The teenager, who suffered grazes to his leg was taken to hospital by his family.
A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "A collision between a taxi and a teenager on a pedal bike happened shortly after 810pm last night at the cross-roads of Longford Street and Crescent Road in Middlesbrough.
"The 15 year old cyclist sustained grazes to his legs and was taken by family members to hospital to be checked over."
