Partygoers were surprised to see a pop star visiting their nightclub as he unwound after a gig in the North East. 

The Disney star and Hollywood heartthrob Ross Lynch was spotted at the Market Shaker, on Newcastle's Cloth Market, late on Thursday night. 

Lynch is most famous for his acting roles, featuring as Austin in the hit Disney Channel show Austin & Ally, and his role as Harvey Kinkle in Netflix's Sabrina the Teenage Witch reboot.

The Hollywood actor-turned-singer is visiting the UK on the last leg of his X Girlfriend tour with brother Rocky. Their gig at Newcastle's O2 City Hall was the last date in Britain. 

Fans took to social media to express their disbelief at seeing one of their idols in the club.

Pictures and video posted on TikTok by user sophpowling show the Driver Era lead singer sipping a pint and enjoying the tunes, whilst flanked by a bodyguard.
