The farm also includes two large steel portal-framed buildings, which could serve as extensive general-purpose storage.
Grassland, currently reserved for rough grazing, spans approximately 4.3 acres. Cundalls suggest it could also be used as mowing land.
According to estate agents, the property is located about a mile east of Sadberge and five miles east of Darlington.
The farm benefits from proximity to transport links, with the A66 and A1(M) providing access to Darlington, Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Durham, Newcastle upon Tyne, and York.
The estate agents also highlight the nearby amenities.
Sadberge offers a public house, village hall, and primary school, while Darlington, about five miles west, provides supermarkets, shops, leisure facilities, and a mainline railway station with links to London and Edinburgh.
