It is set to be a cloudy day with some sunny spells Darlington and across the North East today as the Met Office predicts temperatures of up to 15C.
Autumnal weather is truly here to stay as fog lingers, temperatures drop and winds become that little bit chillier today (October 4).
Today, temperatures will reach a high of 15C from 2pm, but is then set to drop to a low of 11C by 9pm this evening.
Wind is also forecast throughout the day and will reach a high of 29mph, with the sun due to set at 6:34pm.
Following this cloudy start, the forecaster has also stated that the weekend will include “plenty of sunny spells”.
