A former winner of Yorkshire's Favourite Pub, constructed in 1699, is up for lease for £95,000.
The Bull Inn, situated in West Tanfield, near Ripon in North Yorkshire, is a Grade II listed building and was constructed on the site of the old ferryman's cottage next to an ancient triple-arched bridge.
The pub, which was named Yorkshire's Favourite Pub under its current ownership, is the first building one encounters when entering the picturesque village on the A6108.
It comprises a two-storey end terraced stone building, featuring a bar and seating area, two dining areas, and five en suite letting rooms and also includes a 'delightful' self-contained two-storey ivy-fronted cottage.
The pub has preserved many of its original features, such as beamed ceilings and an attractive fireplace.
It offers a main bar and seating area with slate flooring and a dining area with stripped varnished oak flooring, seating approximately 24 covers.

Additionally, there is a second restaurant/breakfast room seating 18-20 covers.
The Bull Inn also boasts a 'superb' tiered riverside beer garden, which was featured in the Sunday Times Guide to Best Beer Gardens in 2023.
It offers views of the River Ure, the ancient bridge, and the surrounding countryside.
The beer garden can seat approximately 48 on the lawn, 16 under wooden gazebos, 20 on the balcony decking, and under the vine-covered pergola, and a further 36 in the marquee on the top terrace.
The pub also includes a separate cottage, comprising two double bedrooms, a lounge, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and family bathroom.
The cottage has a tiered garden down to the river, with 'beautiful unspoilt' views of the river and surrounding countryside.
The estate agents, Christie & Co, said: "The Bull Inn is situated in the idyllic North Yorkshire Village of West Tanfield and offers any potential buyer the opportunity to live, and work in one of the most sought after areas of the country.
"The pub has a consistent turnover since the current owners took over 12 years ago and a new tenant will take on a strong operating business."
