A brand new three-story nightclub is set to open on the site of a former sports shop in the near as construction continues.
The former JJB Sports shop on High Street in Sunderland city centre will soon be home to The Three Stories - a nightclub with multiple floors, theme and décor.
This comes after plans to transform the abandoned site were approved back in 2018 and are still ongoing as construction workers have been seen moving in and out of the building.
Outside the building on the outer wall, an application under the licensing act which includes request for the performance of live music and performances of dance until 3am.
Here's what is on each floor and what attendees can expect:
The Storyteller: On the ground floor, visitors will find The Storyteller - an informal bar which will serve food and snacks.
Chapters: Up on the second floor is the Chapters bar which is more of a nightclub area. Bosses say it will have a "vibrant sports bar atmosphere".
The Library: Going up to the third floor is The Library, "where luxury meets sophistication".
The Fairground: For a fun "vibrant" atmosphere, The Fairground will be open on the rooftop, boasting views across the city.

Pann Alley: Lastly, Pann Alley will be a "unique" outdoor gathering space "where history and community intertwine".
No opening date has yet been revealed for the venue but bosses have primed their followers on social media to "stay tuned" as they post updates of the inside of the building.
