The A66 was closed by police for two hours on Saturday night after a two-car crash.
A silver Ford Kuga and black Audi RS3 collided on the A-road in Middlesbrough, near Cineworld, at about 10.50pm.

Emergency crews closed the road while they worked at the scene, and the cars’ occupants suffered minor injuries.
The road reopened at about 1am.
A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: “Anyone with information or anyone with dashcam footage of the collision or the vehicles in the Middlesbrough area prior to the collision, is urged to contact us on 101.”
