The long-anticipated Pablo Eggs Go Bao is set to open its doors on Mackies Corner in Sunderland this weekend (September 28).
The chain, which operates in Byker and Whitley Bay, and even in Edinburgh is renowned for its breakfast sandwiches which are uniquely served in soft Japanese bao buns.

On the menu are 'breakfast baos' including an option for vegetarians as well as generously sized hash browns, which can be bought in bulk in a 'hashie box'.

This new opening comes weeks after the business was paid a visit by Kalani Ghost Hunter - a popular American Tik Toker who tries and reviews British food to prove it's not as bad as people say.
In his video review, he branded the breakfast bao as "incredible" and gave it a perfect 10/10 score.
