Popular Teesside-based garage Brighton Motor Services has been put up for sale for £375,000 as its owner looks to retire.
Brighton Motor Services, on Longbeck Lane, which includes a petrol station, workshop, and parking facilities has been listed for sale by Christie & Co estate agents.
Running for 58 years, the garage's owner is now looking to retire from the business which is described as having "strong goodwill and reputation from decades of repeat business customers".
The business has a combined turnover of £734,261 for the year ending April 2023 and an adjusted net profit of £69,003, according to the estate agents.
The majority of the trade comes from the workshop rather than fuel sales.
The premises include a single-storey flat roof workshop with space for six cars, including three four-post lifts and two Tecalmit two-post lifts.
There is also an office, toilet, staff area, parts and store room.
All fixtures and fittings are included in the sale, except those owned by a third party or personal to the current owners.
