Three men are set to go on trial accused of the attempted murder of a 21-year-old who suffered significant injuries.
Christopher Teasdale, Richard Finn and Martin Timms all deny charges of attempted murder; the possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life; the possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life; and the possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
Teasdale, 42, of Stafford Road, Middlesbrough, and 52-year-old Timms, of Caernarvon Close, Eston, both appeared at Teesside Crown Court where the latter entered his not guilty pleas.

Finn, 44, of Brunswick Avenue in Middlesbrough, along with his two co-accused, was remanded in custody until their trial listed on October 7.
They are accused of trying to kill a 21-year-old man, following an alleged firearms attack in Grangetown, Middlesbrough.
Cleveland Police said a man suffered 'serious injuries' during the alleged incident on Griffiths Road, at around 9.50pm, on May 28.
