Signs have gone up for a luxury brand's new Teesside Park that is "opening soon".
Cosmetics chain Rituals - known for selling a range of home and body products - will soon be opening in part of the former H&M at the shopping complex.
Located beside the soon-to-open White Stuff, which recently also put up new signs, the new window posters come after sign plans were lodged with Stockton Council in August.
Pictures sent in from Teesside Park show bright pink posters on the windows of the future store, teasing body, home, and gift items.
An opening date for Rituals is not yet known - although it appears from the outside that the interior of the building still requires some work.
Rituals first appeared on park plans from owner British Land back in May, before job adverts were put out in July for new roles at the store.
It will be one of three new brands to open inside the former H&M, which closed in June 2022, with the other smaller units being taken up by White Stuff and Mango.
This will mark Rituals' first store on Teesside, having already launched branches in Newcastle, Gateshead, Harrogate, and at the York Designer Outlet.

Once open, this will mark another new brand to join the park in recent months, following in the footsteps of Primark, Wagamama, Lush, and B&M.
There's also more set to arrive - with works on PureGym continuing at the former Millennium nightclub.
Construction crews are also still working on the former Laura Ashley, USC, Argos, and MenKind store, which is expected to be the new Sports Direct store.
