A 100-home development in a County Durham town is set to be officially unveiled on September 21.
Windlestone Point in Chilton is the latest development by housebuilder Miller Homes.
The site will feature 100 energy-efficient homes with three, four, and five bedrooms and is located off West Chilton Terrace East in the County Durham town.
Donna Clark, sales director for Miller Homes Teesside, said: "We are very much looking forward to welcoming visitors and prospective buyers to our newly opened sales centre at Windlestone Point.
"It has a well-designed layout with plenty of open spaces and is a short walk to local shops and amenities.
"It is ideally located close to the A1(M) for commuting across the wider region."
