Virgin Money on York Road in Hartlepool, is listed for sale by estate agents Bond Wolfe.

The building, which is VAT exempt, is currently let to Clydesdales Bank, trading as Virgin Money, and is producing an annual income of £53,000, according to the estate agents.

The bank is described by Bond Wolfe as an "extremely busy branch".
