A Teesside vape shop with an alcohol licence has been put up for sale for a price of only £45,000.
Simians Vapes, which has been trading for over seven years, is now on the market and has been listed by estate agents Parker Barras.
Located on Queen Street in Redcar, the business is a combination of a vape shop and a bar.
It has been operating out of its current premises since 2017 and has just over two years remaining on the lease, which costs £7,200 per year.

As well as having an alcohol licence, the business also sells its products online.
Estate agents Parker Barras revealed the accounts for the business are available on request and the price of the business, which is currently £45,000, includes the leasehold of the premises.
The estate agents added that the business has a "regular stream of customers" and "has been running successfully" since it was established.
