The building on Norton Road in Stockton-On-Tees is listed by estate agent, Parker Barras, and currently houses Niche Hair Salon.
The property, at 321 Norton Road, consists of a ground-floor retail unit currently let to the salon.
The upper floor has been sold off with a leasehold term of 999 years from August 2006 and is not part of the property that is being advertised by the estate agents.
Parker Barras described the property as "in good decorative order". Currently, the ground floor store is set up to be a hairdresser, with several sinks in the room.

The lease was taken out in April 2021 for seven years.
The salon's annual revenue is £7,800 according to the estate agents.
Located on a busy road, the store is close to other local businesses and is a five-minute drive from Stockton town centre.
