46 new homes to be built in Sadberge County Durham this year

The 46-unit project in Sadberge near Darlington involves a range of three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.

Construction is due to begin later this year, with funding provided by Karbon Homes.

North East housebuilder Homes by Carlton has bought land for the new Saxon Vale scheme in Sadberge, in partnership with Next Level Developments, a branch of Karbon Homes.

Saxon Vale forms part of a £60 million investment by Homes by Carlton and is set to provide hundreds of jobs in the coming years.

This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to deliver high-quality homes throughout the North East.

Sarah Robson, director of development at Karbon Homes, said: "Through Next Level Developments, Karbon Homes’ Joint Venture funding arm, we are committed to supporting regional housebuilders in the development of much-needed new homes.

Building on the success of earlier projects such as Middleton Waters in Middleton St George, Saxon Vale adds to Homes by Carlton’s strategic growth plans.
