A section of a former Teesside Park casino has hit the market.

Unit C1 - which was formerly home to the Gala Casino but has long been vacant - is now available to rent with a price tag of £120,000 per year.

The ground floor 15,658 square foot property is fully built out as a standard retail space and is described as being in “excellent condition”.

It is situated directly beside the newly-opened Ninja Warrior, with the unit recently getting a fresh lick of paint after the adventure park transformed the whole of the building’s front.

Described as suitable for a variety of traders, the unit also benefits from a large mezzanine space, with the ceiling height to the mezzanine level being 5.65 metres.

The property is available on a sub-lease basis - and also boasts a huge car park with more than 1,000 parking spaces.

Gala Casino - which previously occupied both the unit on the market and the now-Ninja Warrior unit - is believed to have first opened in the 1990s.
