A Teesside bar on the site of a former Co-Op building has been placed up for sale for £450,000.
Canteen & Cocktails, on Norton High Street, no longer serves food, offering a large menu of cocktails instead.
But now the site is on the market with offers of just under half a million pounds to be enough to secure the site's ownership.
Canteen & Cocktails boasts a five-star food hygiene rating and averages 4.2/5 stars across Google and Facebook reviews. Its Facebook page has 11,000 likes.

Estate agent Parker Barras said: "The former Co-Op building was brought back to life in 2015, creating a go-to destination."
With three levels of space accommodating 120 patrons, the offer includes a bar, a fully fitted kitchen, a prep kitchen, customer WCs, and an assortment of fixed and loose seats.
They also noted: "All fixtures and fittings are included, making it a ripe opportunity to grow the brand."
All viewings must be arranged via Parker Barras, with accounts available on request.
