Three bungalows on one street are set to be auctioned off for a price as low as £5,000 each.
The one-bed bungalows located at 2, 3, and 4 Kimberley Street in Coundon Grange, near Bishop Auckland, have been listed by auctioneer Auction House South Yorkshire.
Auctioned on Tuesday, September 24, all three bungalows have the same floor plan and feature a bedroom and living room, with a kitchen and bathroom towards the rear of the house.
All three have on-street parking to the front and a small yard to the rear.

The auctioneers expect that the properties could be rented out for around £500 per calendar month, despite having a guide price of only £5,000.
All the properties have an EPC Rating of C.
Auction House South Yorkshire describe the houses as "Close to local amenities including a primary school, convenience store and doctors, further amenities are available in neighbouring towns Bishop Auckland and Shildon which offer secondary schools, supermarkets, restaurants, retail stores and local shops.
"There is a regular bus service through the village and the A689 is close by," they added.
