The Tyne Bridge is set to provide the backdrop to a 'magical' Christmas village on the Quayside in November and December.
The festive setup, the brainchild of 'EVNT Inspirations', is named 'WNTERLAND' and will transform Hillgate Quay, the site of the company's other endeavour 'HWKRLAND'.
'WNTERLAND' will feature a Bavarian beer hall, alpine tipi, and a ski lodge.
The beer hall, able to accommodate up to 320 guests for private parties, will find itself centre stage for a European Christmas in the North East and is set to offer live bands, local ales, and German beers.
Mike Hesketh, co-director of 'EVNT' Inspirations said: "This is set to be the perfect location for Christmas parties, suitable for everyone from small groups to up to 500.
"Our multiple venues will offer alternative entertainment, food, drink and environments, for all group sizes, so we believe it’s ideal for anyone looking to organize an affordable and unique party for their team, family, or friends."

Alongside the hall will be a ski lodge with a balcony that houses a fire pit.
The nearby By The River tap room will also join the festivity, being decked out inline with the season and made available for Christmas parties for 30 to 100 people.
Food lovers won't be left out as a food village will be in full swing and visitors can choose from a spread that includes Yorkshire pudding wraps, German sausages, and parmos with a festive twist - not forgetting Churros for the sweet tooth.
The container food market 'Hwkrland' will transition to Le Apres', the venue for apres-ski style parties every weekend.
It will also welcome guests during the day for an exclusive club experience.
Nigel Holliday, also of 'EVNT Inspirations', said: "After an amazing summer with 'HWKRLAND' where we had tens of thousands of visitors, we’re all hugely excited to extend our offer into winter with WNTRLAND."
'WNTERLAND' will officially open on November 1 and run until January 2024.
Bookings can be made through the 'WNTRLAND' website or via email.
