A suspected drug dealer was snared by police after a raid on an Eaglescliffe home.
Officers from Cleveland Police’s County Lines Team seized a quantity of cocaine and money after carrying out a warrant at a property on Lilac Road last Friday (August 23).
Following the recovery, a force arrested a 36-year-old man on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and money laundering.
He was transported to custody and questioned by officers, before being released on conditional bail while investigations continue.
The probe was supported by Stockton’s neighbourhood policing team and Matrix officers.
Detective Chief Inspector David Glass said: “By acting on information received, police have seized drugs that we suspect would have been supplied to vulnerable people living in our community.
