A police operation is continuing after a man climbed onto the roof of a Darlington office building.
Emergency services were called to Coniscliffe Road on Tuesday morning after concerns were raised for the welfare of a man.
A cordon was erected across the street, near the Larchfield Street and Grange Road junctions, with ambulance vehicles, a fire engine, and several police cars pictured at the scene.

The road was taped off at around 6.10am, with firefighters later captured using an aerial platform to reach the roof of the Coniscliffe House office building.
The latest pictures from the scene show several firefighters on the platform speaking to a man on the roof of the block, while several officers and 999 staff stand on the street below.
Businesses in Coniscliffe House were also reportedly told to close their blinds while the fire service accessed the roof - with people urged to avoid the area.
A police car was also parked along Northumberland Street, with an officer guarding the rear of the building.
Durham Constabulary said: "Emergency services are currently dealing with an ongoing incident on Coniscliffe Road, in Darlington.
"Officers attended the area following concerns for the welfare of a man.
"Coniscliffe Road is closed between Manjaros and Larchfield Terrace – members of the public are asked to avoid the area."
