A Darlington road has been cordoned off as emergency services respond to an "ongoing incident".
Police, ambulance, and fire crews flooded Coniscliffe Road on Tuesday morning for what Durham Constabulary has described as an "ongoing incident".
The road was closed by police at around 6.10am - with blue and white police tape being strewn across the road's junctions with Larchfield Street and Grange Road.

Pictures from the scene show several 999 vehicles as well as officers and firefighters standing guard on the street.
Activity appears to be focused on Coniscliffe House, with a fire engine and aerial platform being used by fire crews around 8am.
Firefighters were spotted on the roof of the building, while several others watched on from below.
A police car was also parked along Northumberland Street, with an officer at the scene confirming the incident was focused around Coniscliffe House.
The North East Ambulance Service and County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service have been contacted for further information.
