Pictures captured firefighters working at the scene to get a fire at a North East industrial site under control.
Fire crews could be seen dealing with the remnants of the blaze at the Niramax waste processing site on Tofts Road West, Hartlepool on Wednesday (August 21).
Three fire engines, from Billingham and Stockton, were deployed to the scene of the blaze.
The crews used two jets and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the flames.
A large plume of smoke could be seen coming from the industrial site as firefighters continued to hose down a smouldering structure.
The fire appeared to be under control by mid-afternoon, while the fire service continued to dampen down at the scene.
A fire brigade spokesperson confirmed crews were given the call to stop at about 3.28pm.
