Police are searching 28-year-old man with a distinctive tattoo in connection with a suspected affray.
Jason Cheesey has links to Bishop Auckland and Crook, though he also frequents other areas of County Durham.
Mr Cheesy is also wanted by Police Scotland.
A spokesperson for Durham Constabulary said: "If you have seen him or know where he is, please call us on 101, quoting CRI00564320, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."
