A car and home went up in flames in the early hours of this morning leading to the property being cordoned off - here's everything we know so far.
The property on Letch Lane in Stockton remains blocked off following the blaze which is understood to have broken out just before 5am this morning (August 20).
Pictures from the scene show holes in the roof of the building and a car outside the property which has been reduced to a shell by the flames.
Cleveland Fire Brigade confirmed they sent four fire engines to the blaze and that the cause was a vehicle fire that spread to the house.
A spokesperson said: "Cleveland Fire Brigade were called on 20/08/2024 at 04.58am to an incident on Letch Lane, Carlton Stockton.
"Vehicle fire that had spread to house. Four fire engines were in attendance from Stockton. Seven Breathing Apparatus (BA), two Hose Reels(HR), two jets and Positive Pressure Ventilation (PPV) were used. 100% fire damage to car and 80% fire damage to property.

It is not known whether anyone has been injured.
