New plans have been lodged for a luxury brand's upcoming store at Teesside Park.
Cosmetics chain Rituals is expected to open a new branch in part of the former H&M store, after the unit was divided into three smaller shops.
Earlier this year, Rituals was listed on now-changed park plans, and last month, two new jobs were posted online for a store manager and assistant manager role.
This week, Rituals has submitted plans to Stockton Council for two internally illuminated signs and one internally illuminated hanging sign for the planned store.
If approved, concept art shows the store will have a logo above the main doors as well as two vertical logos either side of the unit.
It is also expected to have a digital screen in the window, and a window sticker featuring a few words on the brand's philosophy.
Rituals - which has locations in Newcastle, Gateshead, Harrogate, and at the York Designer Outlet - first appeared on park plans from owner British Land back in May.
It is set to become one of three new brands to open in the former H&M, with the other two stores set to be home to fashion chains White Stuff and Mango.
Although Mango has already confirmed it will be opening a store later this year, both White Stuff and Rituals are yet to officially confirm the plans.
The former H&M unit has been empty since the chain closed in June 2022.
It was initially set to be taken over by Frasers Group designer brand Tessuti, although this never came to fruition after years of uncertainty.

The unit was recently divided into three, having already been revamped to feature the shopping park's sleek new glass front design.
This will mark yet another big change at the park in recent months, with the likes of Primark, Wagamama, Lush, and B&M all opening.
Most recently, adventure park Ninja Warrior launched in the former Rainbow Casino last month, with PureGym expected to join next door in the former Millennium nightclub later this year.
