A popular Darlington café has been listed for sale.
House of Flavour, located on Duke Street in Darlington, has been put up for sale for £134,995 on GoGoGo just over a year since it was opened.
The business opened in May last year to much fanfare.

Speaking when the business opened last year, David Chadwick said: “It’s been non-stop and we’ve had people from other local businesses supporting us too.
“Coffees have been really popular, and frappshakes, skin-on fries and burgers.
“We really didn’t expect it to be this busy so it’s amazing.”
Agents noted the business had generated a turnover of £241,000.
