A new care home is to open in Thirsk.

Ruby Lodge Care Home, in Thirsk, is set to be unveiled at a Grand Opening on Saturday, September 7, all under the umbrella of its parent company, Country Court.

The award-winning operator has more than forty care and nursing homes across the UK with a forty-year track record of providing luxury nursing, residential and specialist dementia care.

Ruby Lodge will be home for up to seventy residents and the impressive facilities include an in-house Cinema, Coffee Club Café, The Winning Post Pub, lounge and dining areas.

Ruby Lodge will run the day from 10.00 am – 4:00 pm with a tour of the home, a chance to meet the care team, and sample the menus.

The new home will allow for up to 120 new jobs with a highly trained care team who will be on hand to provide person-centred care 24 hours a day.
