In 2021, Everflow was the first retailer to make all their customers’ water and wastewater supplies carbon neutral. It also signed The Climate Pledge, which commits them to being net zero carbon by 2040 across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 of the GHG Protocol – ten years ahead of The Paris Agreement (2050)

Innovations like EcoMOTs, bill audits, identification of gaps and vacant sites, and continuous flow alerts from smart meters showed its collaborative efforts with water wholesalers to optimally fund water-saving initiatives in the business market.

Everflow says its customer retention rate is at 93 per cent, backed by a high TrustPilot score of 4.7 out of 5, and complaint levels below the industry average at less than 20 per 10,000 customers.

Craig Dallison, CEO of Everflow, said: “We are thrilled to be recognised for our hard work and to reflect on our achievements in 2023. Our commitment to environmental sustainability, customer satisfaction, and employee growth drives us forward. Winning this title not only celebrates our past successes but also motivates us to pursue continuous improvement and innovation.”

Aiming to simplify utilities for SMEs, Everflow has become the first water retailer to enter the waste collections and telecoms sectors this year and will soon offer a single multi-utility bill for businesses.
