A brand new Irish themed bar is set to open soon along the County Durham coast - here's what we know so far.
Grace Kelly's Irish Lounge is "coming soon" to North Terrace in Seaham and is set to take over premises which was previously used by bar restaurant Port of Call.
The chain closed the Seaham branch unexpectedly in March with no explanation from bosses and the building has sat vacant ever since.
An exact opening date has not yet been revealed by Grace Kelly's, but a short reel has been posted to their Facebook page revealing that they will be serving drinks, food and will host pub quizzes.
They wrote: "Raise a glass to the grand opening of our new Irish Lounge in the heart of Seaham! Step in to a world of Irish charm with lively music, creamy Guinness, hearty Irish breakfasts and dinners complete with a sunny courtyard to the rear and enclosed terrace at the front with full sea views.

"We will be bringing you live music, quiz nights comedy nights and much, much more!
"We will be announcing the opening date very soon so please spread the word and share our post - we are coming to Seaham very soon!"
The Northern Echo understands that the venue is undergoing a renovation before it opens.
