Jamey Bowles, the owner of Your Home Group, has been investing significantly over the last year in the Redcar area.

His next project involves revitalising a building on West Dyke Road, a short distance from the Group's Bowles Hotel site, by launching a new business hub called Your Workspace.

The investment project will transform the space into a centre featuring fourteen modern offices designed to support local businesses with flat rate, all-inclusive spaces.

The hub launch will also include a café for tenants and the local community as the hub supports local business owners, start-ups, and entrepreneurs, fostering innovation and collaboration within Redcar and the wider community.

Jamey said: “I believe Your Workspace will breathe new life into this property and area of the town, stimulating the local economy by attracting businesses, supporting all types of business, from smaller start-ups and entrepreneurs to larger companies. In addition, the café will offer a relaxed setting for informal meetings, networking, and community activities.

He is also keen to support smaller businesses by using the experiences and lessons he has learned from building his own businesses over the last decade.

“The fourteen office spaces will be available as all-inclusive agreements, with a range of rental periods available, starting from no minimum period rolling contracts,” he said.

Work has already begun on Your Workspace and it is due to open by the end of September.
