A bar in County Durham is being auctioned off with a guide price of £170,000 and comes with plans to transform the building into an HMO.
Harry's Bar on Hartlepool Street North, Thornley, has been described by Town & Country Property Auctions as a "great investment opportunity" with substantial potential for further development.
In addition to the bar, the property also boasts a vacant three-bedroom flat, while plans have been submitted to convert the property into an 11-room HMO.

The current annual income from the bar and flat is £18,000 and £7,200 respectively.
The bar is set with a guide price of £170,000 in the upcoming online auction, which runs from August 26 at 10am until August 29 at 6.05pm.
Bidding registration is open and a 5% deposit and a 5%+VAT buyer's premium is required upon the fall of the hammer.
Legal completion is expected within 28 days of the auction but the seller is open to entertaining pre-auction offers to buy the property.
