A man has handed himself into police after a picture was circulated about the riot in Hartlepool.
The 38-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and is not in police custody.
Other images have been circulated by police to help in their investigation.

A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "A 38-year-old man has this afternoon voluntarily attended a police station in connection with an image circulated by police relating to the disorder in Hartlepool. He has been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and is now in police custody.
"We are still seeking the identity of the other men in the images as part of the disorder in Hartlepool on Wednesday 31 July.
"Officers have now made 21 arrests relating to the Hartlepool disorder."
