Middlesbrough legend Juninho delighted new parents and staff during a surprise visit to the James Cook University Hospital's maternity unit.

The legendary player, affectionately known as the "little fella," returned to the North East as part of a tour, spreading joy as he posed for photographs and signed Boro jerseys.
