The families of a North East couple who tragically died in a fatal motorcycle crash near the Scottish Borders over the weekend say they have been left "devastated".

Police have today (July 31) named 29-year-old Andrew Lartey and 23-year-old Georgia Tate, who lost their lives in the fatal crash on Sunday (July 28).
