A well-known North East music venue is set to host a festival in aid of a blood cancer charity.
The Bright Red Music Festival will be held at Newcastle venue The Cluny on August 16, and features an array of acts from around the UK.
The event schedule shows a full day of performances running from 2 to 11pm.
"We have a terrific line-up of twelve acts playing at our charity event," TV's Pam Royle, the festival's host said.
ViX, from 80's act Fuzzbox and Brian 'Nasher' Nash of Frankie Goes to Hollywood are set to perform.
While other acts include local artist Edward Le-Vine of Teesside madcaps Growing Old Disgracefully, Phil Caffrey of Brothers in Arms and South Shields' Patrick Gosling, celebrating a blend of Indie Rock and Americana.

The evening ends with up-and-coming North East band Park View and a live performance by duo duo Alistair Griffin and Fargo Railroad Co.
Tickets cost £15 each with profits going to Bright Red.
Bright Red aids a number of northern region hospitals, including the Northern Centre for Cancer Care and North Tyneside Hospital, to support patients dealing with a wide range of blood cancers such as leukaemias, lymphomas and myelomas.
