A popular Darlington bar that has been described as 'thriving' has gone up for sale for £120,000 after appearing via online estate agents.
Miss Ruby's Kitchen and Cocktails, on Grange Road in the town, boasts cocktails, tapas and other food - but has found itself up for sale at a price tag of £120,000.
On the sale listing, which is marketed by Parker Barras, it states that the 'thriving business' offers customers "delectable cocktails, tantalising tapas and mouth-watering dishes".
Currently, the business is fully staff-run and opens Tuesday to Saturday from 4pm (Saturday 12-1am, and Sundays 4pm until 10pm.
Miss Ruby's Kitchen and Cocktails has an inside and outside area, with the inside area seating up to 75 people, and the outside covered garden terrace seating 35 people.

The listing on Parker Barras reads: "Parker Barras is delighted to bring to the market this thriving business, Miss Ruby's Kitchen and Cocktails in Darlington is located in the Imperial Centre in Darlington.
"Serving delectable cocktails, tantalising tapas and mouthwatering dishes from the a la carte menu, they also offer Bottomless Brunch & Bottomless Tapas."
It's believed that the property is held on a new lease, and the turnover is above £425,000 per year.
