A man is set to appear before court for three counts of assault on an emergency worker in Hartlepool.
The incident took place outside Bar One on Victoria Road on the early hours of July 27.
The 32-year-old is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today.
A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "A 32-year-old man is due to appear in court charged with a section 18 assault and three counts of assault on an emergency worker, following a reported incident outside Bar One on Victoria Road in Hartlepool in the early hours of Saturday 27th July.
"The man is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Monday 29th July."
