Police investigating a residential burglary earlier this month have released an image of a man who they would like to trace.
A report was received of a break-in at a property on Portsmouth Road in the Pennywell area of Sunderland at about 11.55am on Wednesday, July 10.
The suspected intruder was said to have entered a communal residential building where he went into a storage area.
He stole a scooter and then made off from the scene.
As part of their inquiries, officers have now identified a man who they would like to speak to in connection with the burglary.
