The cheapest streets in Consett have been revealed following research by a sales company.
Property Solvers used five years of sold house price data from HM Land Registry, tracking the average sold price data since 2019.
It found that Surrey Crescent, Knitsley Gardens and Cleadon Street host some of Consett's lowest-valued properties.
On Surrey Crescent, five properties fetched an average of £41,300.

While five properties in Knitsley Gardens averaged £42,900 and three houses on Cleadon Street were sold for an average of £53,000.
Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of Property Solvers commented on the methodology used, saying: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales."
Stephen Street and The Bye were also among those with low house prices in Consett, with properties selling for averages of £58,237 and £58,666 respectively.
