An appeal has been launched following an incident involving an e-scooter which saw a woman suffer a broken arm.

Cleveland Police are appealing for more information following an incident which took place at the traffic lights in Stockton, where Bishopton Lane meets the A1305, between 2:20pm and 2:45pm on Monday (July 22).

The incident involved a woman pushing an e-scooter and a man riding an e-scooter

Police confirmed the woman suffered a broken arm following the incident, and are now appealing for dash cam footage.

A police spokesperson said: “Cleveland Police is appealing for any relevant dash cam footage following a collision involving a woman pushing an e-scooter and a man riding an e-scooter.

“The incident occurred between 2.20pm and 2.45pm on Monday 22nd July at the traffic lights in Stockton where Bishopton Lane meets the A1305.
