A North Yorkshire road will be partly closed for three weeks while works are carried out.
The lane closure will take place on Station Road in Loftus and last for “a maximum” of three weeks from July 22.
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (RCBC) have confirmed this is so work on a Northumbrian Water connection can take place.
This is in preparation for the opening of the new Employment and Skills Hub at Temperance Square.
An RCBC spokesperson said: “A lane closure will come into effect on Station Road in Loftus for a maximum of three weeks from 22 July. Temporary traffic lights will be in place.

“This is so works can be done to the Northumbrian Water connection for the brand-new Employment and Skills Hub at Temperance Square.
“We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause. Once opened, the hub aims to reduce unemployment numbers within Loftus and wider East Cleveland, encourage new business start-ups and increase the number of training and skills courses on offer.
