Two new jobs are up for grabs at a luxury brand set to open a new store at Teesside Park.
Cosmetics chain Rituals is poised to open a new shop at the shopping complex in part of the former H&M store, which is set to be divided into three units.
The firm, which has locations in Newcastle, Gateshead, and Harrogate, has not yet been confirmed for the park - but earlier this year, Rituals was listed on now-changed park plans.
Now, jobs have been posted online for a store manager job and an assistant manager role - both set at 40 hours - for Teesside Park.
Candidates will be “high on energy, low on ego, and with a little bit of humour” - with suitable applicants described as “inspiring, and performance orientated.”
Store managers will take on a series of tasks including monthly plans, managing inventory and day-to-day operations, and driving employee wellbeing and engagement.
Meanwhile, assistant store managers will be involved in recruiting, hiring, and training a “diverse and talented store team” while coaching members and being the manager’s right hand.
Benefits of the roles include training and development, a competitive bonus scheme, an employee discount, numerous wellbeing initiatives and company and team events.
The luxury chain first appeared on park plans, drawn up by owner British Land, back in May alongside popular fashion chain White Stuff.
The unit has been empty since H&M closed the doors back in June 2022 - with work then swiftly getting underway on stripping back the site and adding a new glass frontage.
It was initially earmarked for Tessuti - a chain from Frasers Group - but this never came to fruition after years of uncertainty.

It will mark the next in a long line of changes at Teesside Park, with the likes of Primark, Wagamama, Lush, and others opening in recent months.
Adventure park Ninja Warrior is also opening its doors this weekend (July 20) and other upcoming brands include PureGym, Mango, and Flannels.
You can now apply for the roles on the Rituals website.
