The most expensive streets in Darlington have been revealed following research by a sales company.
Property Solvers used five years of sold house price data from HM Land Registry, tracking the average sold price data since 2019.
It found that Blackwell, Romanby Drive and Coniscliffe Road host some of Darlington's highest-valued properties.
On Blackwell, three properties fetched an average of £605,000 each.
On Romanby Drive, houses averaged £579,201 a piece.

Coniscliffe Road witnessed three properties selling for an average of £573,666 each.
Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of Property Solvers commented on the methodology used, saying: "to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales."
It was also noted that a property on Carmel Road South recently sold for a sum of £2,050,000.
Lauriston Close and St Andrews Close were also among those commanding high prices in Darlington, with properties selling for averages of £496,875 and £475,000 respectively.
