Hundreds of revellers braved the muddy and wet conditions at Herrington Park in Sunderland on Friday (July 12) as they enjoyed a jam-packed line-up of Live at Herrington.

Despite patches of rain, the sun came out in the evening for music fans to enjoy sets from many popular artists, including Peter Hook and the Light, Human League, and Heaven 17.

Crowds could be seen donning ponchos and raincoats, as they let the atmosphere take over the awful weather.

The festival, which takes place every year is set in the picturesque Herrington Park.
